The auction conditions and provisional costs will be available for

inspection at the office of the aforementioned notary 8 days

before the sale date.

 

** The executor reserves the right to postpone or stop the auction

      without stating the reason(s) and bidders must provide a bank

      guarantee or equivalent document acceptable to the executor

      and have a valid ID.
